Ms. Liza Hanoman, Compliance Officer and In House Counsel at D-3 Enterprises Limited brings a unique and diverse wealth of experience in Law, Social Work and Financial Services. A graduate of the University of Guyana and an author, Ms. Hanoman holds two Bachelor degrees in Law and Social Work and has been admitted to the Bar in Guyana and Anguilla.
Adept at legal matters, regulations, arbitrations and adjudications, Ms. Hanoman's skills has proven most useful in ensuring our clients are treated fairly and we maintain a level of trend setting service and professionalism that is second to none.

Ms. Alvona Connor B.B.A.
Ms. Alvona Connor joined the team of D-3 Enterprises Limited in May 2012, in the capacity of Administrative Assistant of the Life & Health Division. An astute and intelligent individual, Ms. Connor holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from the University of the Virgin Islands. Ms. Connor is an avid youth leader, and dedicates her free time to ministry.
Ms. Phaedre Delaney
Ms. Delaney has been employed with D-3 Enterprises Limited since January 2010 as Junior Administrative Assistant. Ms. Delaney aspires to succeed in whatever task is before her. She is an ambitious, confident and intelligent individual.
Ms. Delaney is a graduate of Albena Lake Hodge Comprehensive School in Anguilla and is pursuing further studies.
Ms. Ana Ruan Lawrence, B.A. (Accounts)
Ms. Ruan Lawrence has been employed at D-3 Enterprises Limited since March 2006 as the Senior Claims Officer and Accounting Assistant. As a Dominican Republic national, Ms. Ruan Lawrence brings her bilingual skills and other competencies with positive appeal to both the English and Spanish speaking clientele. Ms. Ruan Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounts from Universidad Central Del Este. She is indeed a critical asset of D-3 Enterprises Limited.
Mr. Fagan Dilano Francis
Mr. Dilano Francis brings a great personality to the team and is a highly sociable and well rounded individual. Senior Account Executive at D-3 Enterprises Limited since October 2003, Mr. Dilano Francis specializes in Property & Casualty Insurance and Group Claims Management.
A member of the Anguilla Insurance Association, Mr. Francis holds a Caribbean Insurance Foundation Certificate (CIFC) and successfully completed the Motor Claims Course offered by the Association of Insurance Institutes of the Caribbean. Mr. Francis recently completed a course of studies in International Management at the California Coast University and is currently pursuing his Masters Entry Diploma in Management at the University of Wales.
Ms. Sandra Liddie Gumbs., B.B.A
Ms. Sandra Liddie Gumbs, Senior Accountant of D-3 Enterprises Limited; joined the organization in August 2000. A recognized future business leader during her tenure at the University of the Virgin Islands, Ms. Liddie Gumbs was a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society and Foreign Languages Honor Society. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems (Summa Cum Laude).
Ms. Liddie Gumbs’ has a pronounced work ethic which enhances her ability to relate most astutely to business associates and customers alike. She has an ardent devotion to youth development and is actively involved in public speaking, liturgical dance and performing arts.
Ms. Jenny Bertin, LUTCF, FSS
Ms. Jenny Bertin joined D-3 Enterprises Limited in April 2006 in the capacity of Business Development Coordinator, responsible for administration of the Life & Health portfolio and recruiting and training of agents across the Eastern Caribbean.
Ms. Bertin has 14 years experience in the Insurance industry; is a member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, and Secretary of the Anguilla Insurance Association.
Ms. Bertin holds the professional designations of Financial Services Specialist (FSS) and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) from The American College, and the Caribbean Insurance Foundation Certificate (CIFC) and Caribbean Insurance Motor Certificate (CIMC) from the Association of Insurance Institutes of the Caribbean (AIIC). She is certified in Information Technology from the University of the West Indies and holds a certificate in Supervisory Management from the Barbados Community College. She is currently completing her designation as a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU®).
Mrs. Minelvar Anderson
Mrs. Minelvar Anderson is the Assistant Office Manager and Compliance Officer of D-3 Enterprises Limited, and has been an integral part of the team since October 1992. Mrs. Anderson, adept at Company Management and Medical Group Administration, holds the International Certificate in Anti Money Laundering Awareness from the International Compliance Association, and has completed training in Life and Health Insurance Underwriting and Health Insurance Claims Administration.
